Diane was diagnosed with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) which is a very rare neurological condition caused by the premature loss of nerve cells in certain parts of the brain --- PSPA is a national charity offering support and information to people living with PSP and CBD, while supporting research into treatments and ultimately a cure --- They rely entirely on voluntary donations --- PSPA provided us with support and information while Diane struggled with this disease. https://pspassociation.org.uk/information-and-support/what-is-psp/
